Create momentum by moving your body just 15 minutes a day. If you're ready to develop a habit of exercise and are craving encouragement for your soul, you're in the right place! You'll get the encouragement + tools you need to succeed!

What You'll Get:

  • Workout with us for FREE: Commit to move your body for just 15-minutes a day for 5 days a week. All fitness levels and all body sizes welcome. You will get one new HIIT (high intensity training) workout video each week. We will show modifications for the exercises as well that you can use when necessary. However, you can choose to exercise in whatever a to help you truly succeed.
  • Biblical Teaching: When bodies move, minds renew. Research shows that you literally create new brain cells as you exercise. Therefore, during this challenge, you will not only build the habit of moving your body, but you'll also receive Biblical teaching during each workout. You will literally be renewing your mind with God's Truth!
  • Encouragement Audios: You will also get one "Keep in Step with the Spirit" audio to use while you're walking or running as well as one "Be Still and Know" audio to bring calm to your soul as you meditate on God's Word for each week.
  • Fitness Printables: You'll get our Foundation Videos, RPE and HIIT handouts, as well as other free downloads.
