Hi, I'm Shelley Hitz. The founder of Alive and Active Wellness. With a degree in physical therapy and a certification as a Revelation Wellness instructor and nutrition coach, I am here to serve you.

I have been on my own wellness journey for years and love sharing what I have learned with others.

I am passionate about helping you come ALIVE in God's Word, stay ACTIVE as you age with fun, stress-relieving workouts, and find food freedom by ditching the diet mentality. This will allow you to have the strength and energy needed to live out your God-given purpose.
